Delete your account

In the app

1. Open PurrCrew and go to More.
2. Tap Account.
3. Tap Delete account and confirm.

By email

If you cannot access the app, emailsupport@purrcrew.com from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. We will confirm before deleting anything.

What gets deleted

• Your account, email address and profile details.
• Your cats, routines and care history, if you are the last member of the household.
• Your cat photos.
• The link between you and any usage analytics.

What may remain

If other caregivers are still in your household, the household and its cats stay so they can keep caring for them. Past care records will show that a removed caregiver completed a task, without your personal details.

We may retain limited records where the law requires it, and aggregated statistics that cannot be traced back to you.

How long it takes

Deletion completes within 30 days of your request.
