What we collect

Your account details (email address, display name), the cats and care routines you create, and the record of completed care — who completed a task and when. If you add a cat photo, we store that image.

Why we collect it

To provide the service: showing your household what care is due, what has been done, and who did it. Care records are shared with the other caregivers in your household.

Analytics

We record how the app is used — screens opened, routines created, features reached — so we can improve it. We do not put cat names, medication names, doses, notes or veterinary information into analytics.

Advertising and Meta

We advertise PurrCrew on Meta platforms. With your consent, we use the Meta Pixel on this website and send a limited set of conversion events (such as visiting this site, clicking through to Google Play, or completing registration) to Meta's Conversions API. We never send your cat's name, medication details, routine titles, notes or any veterinary information to Meta or any other advertising platform.

Marketing tracking is off until you consent, and you can withdraw consent at any time.

Where your data is stored

On Amazon Web Services in the EU (Stockholm, eu-north-1).

Retention and deletion

We keep your care history for as long as your account is active. If your household is on the free plan, records older than 30 days are hidden from view but not deleted — upgrading reveals them again.

You can delete your account at any time. See Delete your account.

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing support@purrcrew.com.
